📦 Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Handcrafted items may occasionally require additional time due to finishing or stock availability, but we will notify you promptly in such cases.

🚚 Shipping Across India

We currently ship PAN India using trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and India Post.

⏳ Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Towns: 5–7 business days
• Remote or Rural Areas: Up to 10 days, depending on courier reach

Note: During festivals, sales, or adverse weather conditions, deliveries may be slightly delayed.

💳 Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹49 – ₹99 (based on weight & location)
• Free Shipping: On prepaid orders above ₹999
• Shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Every product is carefully packed using eco-friendly, shock-proof materials to ensure it reaches you safely and intact. We hand-inspect each item before dispatch.

🔍 Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking ID and courier details.
• You can track your order anytime using the link provided.

📬 Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.
• If you’re unavailable during delivery, please coordinate directly with the courier using the tracking link.
• In case of non-delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, shipping charges may be reapplied for redelivery.

❗ Missing, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

If your order:

• Is marked as delivered but not received
• Arrives damaged or broken
• Is delayed beyond 10 business days
