At Kamala Handicraft, each product is carefully handcrafted with passion and precision. As every item is unique and artisan-made, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for both our customers and our artisans.


🔁 Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons like:

  • Minor variations in size, shape, grain, or finish
  • Change of mind or personal preference after purchase

However, we DO accept returns or replacements if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The product is missing key components as described

🚨 Important:

To be eligible for return, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • Share clear unboxing photos/videos showing the issue
  • Keep the product unused and in original packaging

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged product during transit
  2. Incorrect product delivered
  3. Product lost in transit (non-delivery by courier partner)

Once your return is verified and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

🔄 Replacement Option

In cases where applicable, we may also offer a free replacement of the same product instead of a refund—based on product availability and customer preference.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • In most verified cases, we cover the return shipping (pickup arranged by us)
  • If a return is requested without a valid reason (and approved as a rare exception), return shipping may be at the customer’s cost

  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours to verify and initiate next steps

❗ Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products with obvious signs of misuse or damage post-delivery
  • Items returned without prior communication or approval
